Vehicles per hour
Count arrivals during your busiest half hour. This single figure decides automatic versus manual and the drive rating more than anything else.

Measure the clear opening, not the drawing. Kerbs, drainage channels and gate posts frequently reduce usable width and change the boom length.
Residents, staff, contractors, visitors, goods vehicles — and whether the gate is manned at night. This sets the credential and control method.
No obligation at any stage, and no quotation issued before someone has seen the gate.
Usually the same working day. Expect questions about peak vehicle numbers, lane width, manned hours and who needs access — the four facts that decide the specification, set out in our product selection guide.
Free for new installations across Pune and the Pimpri Chinchwad belt. We measure the clear opening, check power and network availability at the gate, and note pedestrian and two-wheeler movements through the same entry.
A written recommendation with the reasoning, then a quotation you can compare line by line — equipment, boom length, drive rating, control method, safety devices and the scope of site work, with anything excluded stated.
Our own engineers carry out foundation, cabling, commissioning and operator training. You receive the configured settings in writing and a service record opened against each barrier. See installation and maintenance in detail.
Inspections of a barrier installed by another supplier are chargeable, because they involve dismantling and testing to establish the condition of the drive, gearbox, controller and boom mountings, and to check spare availability. That inspection is what makes an honest repair-or-replace recommendation possible instead of a guess — see repair services and system upgrades.
For breakdowns, call rather than email and describe the symptom — whether the boom stops mid-cycle, closes on vehicles, fails only in wet weather or will not respond to the reader. Each points at a different component, which lets us bring the likely parts on the first visit. Our technical guides cover the common fault patterns.
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, and that is a practical fact rather than a marketing line: it is what makes a same-week survey or service visit realistic for sites in Pune city and Dattwadi, across Chinchwad and Pimpri Chinchwad, and out to Hinjewadi. Project work elsewhere in Maharashtra is taken on as a planned programme of visits rather than ad-hoc call-outs, which is usually better value for sites further out.
The work mix differs by area. Central Pune brings society gates and older installations needing repair or an RFID retrofit. The Pimpri Chinchwad belt brings industrial and warehouse gates with heavy-duty drives and wide booms. Hinjewadi is throughput-led — campus tenant lanes with high cycle counts and visitor lanes that must not block the tenant flow.
Export enquiries are handled by email, since they need a requirement list and destination before anything useful can be quoted — see export services. Our full service coverage and company background are set out elsewhere on the site.
Call, WhatsApp or email — whichever is easiest. For anything technical, photos of the existing gate help a great deal.
